To provide even more design options, muntins can be used with some systems. This is possible both visually through muntins placed on one or both sides, and constructively through infill-dividing muntins. In this case, you can design your sliding door with different fillings and materials.

Filling dividing muntin profile

Infill dividing muntins allow you to combine different materials in a sliding door leaf with an aluminum frame. For example, you can combine a glass with a decor and get completely different design options. The positioning, the alignment whether horizontal, vertical or a mixture of both as well as the number of muntins are freely selectable. As a rule, a 30 mm wide rung is used. For the AR20 aluminum frame system, we use a 25 mm wide muntin profile.

Adhered glazing bars are purely decorative design elements. They must be based on a uniform filling. The muntin glued on one side is particularly suitable for cabinet and alcove doors. As a rule, the 30 mm wide glazing bar is also used here. To get an "industrial look", we also offer a 10 mm muntin here. These muntins can also be combined horizontally and vertically according to your ideas.
